KAN Management will complete all initial paperwork for new service :

Complete operations policies & procedures
Program implementation, set-up and oversight
Systems implementation
Create Service forms as needed
Recruitment and training of staff infrastructure
Manage Care Organization’s credentialing and Medicaid enrollment
Correspond with licensure reviews
Complete licensing initial application

Complete HR files for up to 3 potential staff (must have for walk through)

Conduct 2 strategy sessions with company and assist them in developing a plan of action to implement service within their organization (2-4 hours) each session.

KAN Management will complete all initial paperwork for the new service :
Complete licensing initial application
Complete all policies & procedures mandated for service
Create HR forms
Create Service forms
Complete HR files for up to 3 potential staff (must have for walk through)
Complete dummy file (must have for walk through)
Correspond with licensure reviewer to ensure all paperwork and revisions are submitted timely
Write/create service description and infrastructure
Human Rights Documentation Submission :
Complete Human Rights Policies & Procedure
Complete & Submit Compliance form
Complete all revisions requested
Implementation & Support :
Present at walk- through of facility
Conduct 4 strategy session with the company and assist them in developing a plan of action to implement new service within their organization. KAN will conduct a needs assessment & plan of action on company’s current infrastructure (i.e. Human Resource Department, Clinical Team, Systems Management, Billing, Programming/Services, etc).
Train owners and initial staff on service delivery, policies, forms, documentation.
Conduct one site visit per month, 3 hours for up to 3 months after obtaining license to assist with service implementation.
Create curriculum (Group homes, IOP, PSR programs only)

KÁN will conduct a needs assessment & plan of action on company’s current infrastructure (i.e. Human Resource Department, Clinical Team, Systems Management, Billing, Programming/Services, etc).
Conduct two site visits per month, 3-5 hours for up to 3 months after to assist with service implementation.
Conduct one site visit for up to 3 hours for up to 3 months after obtaining license to assist with any loose ends.
Medicaid Enrollment & Manage Care Organization’s Credentialing
Implement curriculum base service (group homes, recovery homes, IOP, PSR programs only)
Utilize KAN’s turn-key operations team to implement selective services.
Implementation & Support- $9,500.00 (flat rate-3 months)
Walk through of office/Licensure Review (Licensed Agency)

KÁN will conduct a needs assessment & plan of action on company’s current infrastructure (i.e. Human Resource Department, Clinical Team, Systems Management, Billing, Programming/Services, etc).
Conduct one site visit per month, 3-6 hours for 3 months to assist with service implementation.
Conduct one site visit each month, 2-4 hours for up to 3 months after the project is complete to assist with any loose ends.
