Ongoing Implementation & Support

Present at walk through of office
Conduct a strategy session with the company and assist them in developing a plan of action to implement new service within their organization. KÁN will conduct a needs assessment & plan of action on company’s current infrastructure (i.e. Human Resource Department, Clinical Team, Systems Management, Billing, Programming/Services, etc).
Conduct two site visits per month, 3-5 hours for up to 3 months after to assist with service implementation.
Conduct one site visit for up to 3 hours for up to 3 months after obtaining license to assist with any loose ends.
Medicaid Enrollment & Manage Care Organization’s Credentialing
Implement curriculum base service (group homes, recovery homes, IOP, PSR programs only)
Utilize KAN’s turn-key operations team to implement selective services.
