Implementation & Support

Walk through of office/Licensure Review (Licensed Agency)
Conduct a strategy session with the company and assist them in developing a plan of action to implement new service within their organization. KÁN will conduct a needs assessment & plan of action on company’s current infrastructure (i.e. Human Resource Department, Clinical Team, Systems Management, Billing, Programming/Services, etc).
Conduct one site visit per month, 3-6 hours for 3 months to assist with service implementation.
Conduct one site visit each month, 2-4 hours for up to 3 months after the project is complete to assist with any loose ends.
Implement curriculum base service (group homes, recovery homes, IOP, PSR programs only)
Assist in hire and train new personnel
